    Returned this to Brighton store. First time I ordered from Brighton and not be pleased. It was not in case as should have been like someone ese had it. So returned it to Brighton store and got something else. Maybe in future I will just go to store or call the great galls in Novi Twelve Oaks store and have them send me what I like if I can't get there.

    Disappointed

    I received the watch and it doesn't work and I am assuming there is no battery. I can't take it to a jewelry as it states you can't alter the watch if I need to return it. I also took 2 links out and the watch is too tight, I added a link and the watch is too loose. I was told there is not a smaller link to make it fit. So I have to pay the handling fee for a watch that was sent to me that didn't work.

    I have many pieces but this is the first I ordered online.
