How long will it take to receive my personalized bag?

Each personalized item is machine-embroidered to order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for embroidery on top of the standard shipping time.

What is your return policy on a personalized item?

Due to the nature of the personalization, all sales are final for these items. No returns or exchanges.

What items can I get personalized?

You can get custom embroidery on any of the Heart Beat Collection Handbags. There are 5 handbag styles, and 11 colors and prints. 55 bags to choose from.

Is there a character limit for the custom text?

Character limits for embroidery depend on the bag size and font size. The product page shows how many characters you have available.

Will I be able to see my design before submitting the order?

You can see a mockup of your design on the product page and review it again in the cart before checkout.

Can I add emojis to my design?

The only emoji available is a heart, which you can choose during personalization.

Do you have any tips for choosing a thread color?

To make your embroidery stand out, pick a light thread for dark bags and a dark thread for light bags. For instance, black thread on a black bag isn’t recommended.
