This is a great watch and I do love it, but the leather band does not wear well. Both band loops broke off within two years, and one of the hinges is crooked when it is turned to reverse sides. Brighten will no longer repair bands if purchased over two years, even at a charge. (which I absolutely would not mind if I had to pay). Unfortunately the watch is no longer wearable since the unique band cannot be replaced. Very disappointed…the Brighton company of the past was wonderful about standing by their merchandise. This is just not the case anymore and I will definitely be more careful about future purchases.

While warranty coverage does expire after one years, we do still offer repair services outside of the warranty period whenever replacement materials are available. I have purchased this watch three times! The first time I bought it, I believe it was only $100! It is by far my favorite watch that Brighton has offered. I have received many compliments on this watch over the years.
I honestly wish you would go back to selling regular watches with these types of large faces and wide bands like some of the bands you sell. Not everyone wears a smart watch!
The watch is well made. It can be worn with everything. The also tell you how to care for it. It was a totally excellent buying experience. Thank you.
