When Jerry and Terri Kohl founded Leegin Creative Leather over 50 years ago, they decided to devote their passion for design and quality to producing the finest belts. Today, that legacy continues.

Our in-house designers carefully hand-sketch each western belt, ensuring every detail reflects our style. These sketches are then handed over to our skilled artisans, who bring the designs to life with expert craftsmanship.

Many of our belts feature leathers from the Horween and Seidel tanneries. Whether made at our own plant or elsewhere, no synthetic components are ever used in our western belts; we use nothing but the finest leathers for every strap.

Our Los Angeles factory combines state-of-the-art computer technology with traditional belt-making techniques, producing over one million belts every year. For us, 'Made in USA' is not a goal but a reality.
