Never imagining she’d be taking the 19-hour flight to Australia, Brighton designer Catherine Hong was thrilled at Jerry Kohl’s offer to send her there to partake in a painting workshop with British artist Flora Waycott. “Jerry knows how to bring out the adventurer in me,” Catherine says.
