I absolutely love EVERTHING about this handbag!! I got the white color and it is beautiful! I love the quality and softness of the leather. I like how it stands up so I can get things in and out!! It is the perfect size that I like to carry. It arrived in a timely manner and well packaged ...however there was a price tag of $495 attached to the bag. Seriously, I paid $15 plus tax more buying it on line. I called customer service and the agent said they would email me a form to fill out and attach a Pic of the price tag....I never received any opportunity to do this. Im not asking for cash back.....I'd like to have the cre d it difference to apply to the matching necklace style for this bag. Its totally unacceptable to send out a bag with a lower price tag on it!!! Will you be giving me credit toward the necklsce?

I got this bag to replace my old Brighton Jobo bag from 2015 ! Theses are made very well and will last you a decent or more. My old bag is stiff very functional only I wanted something fresh and new
