    Crystals fell out

    Had this band for less than a year and 4 of the crystals have fallen out. For the price I feel they should be more durable.

    Our tender loving process takes 4-6 weeks, and this time includes shipping it back to your door. All of our items have a one-year warranty against manufacturer’s defects. If your item falls within the warranty, it will be repaired or replaced at no charge to you.

    Please send your item in durable shippable materials such as a shipping padded envelope or a box. We also suggest sending your item via a traceable manner such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS with delivery confirmation. This would ensure you know your package has reached us. We ask you to include a note with:
