    I just received this necklace and I love it. The necklace exceeded my expectations. The beads are beautiful. I feel it is reasonably priced compared to some. I purchased this necklace because of being able to attach charms. I have been searching the internet and finally came across this item. I am noticing some are having trouble with the clasp. On this website there is a video that shows you how to open and put it on. Very easy.

    Beautiful necklace!

    Love, love, love the stones & color! I didn't care for the charm, so I replaced it with a Contempo small heart charm. Putting the necklace on & off is a challenge but I love it too much to let that be an issue.

    It states in the necklace description that it is 18" long. This company does not deserve two stars because you did not read thoroughly. It’s clearly your mistake.
