It is perfect for my needs. I have 4 daughters. The frame is well made and easy to place pictures. Small so can fit on desk or dresser.
I was extremely disappointed with the personalization of my frame. I uploaded four full-resolution digital downloads, yet the photos were printed grainy and at a much lower quality than expected. The files were more than large enough to print clear 8×10 images, so this was frustrating.
I contacted customer service for help, but was told that reprinting would likely produce the same result, which was not reassuring. While I do love the frame itself and the design is beautiful, the photo quality completely missed the mark. I purchased five of these as gifts, and unfortunately, I regret spending the money due to the poor print quality.
Just as described. It’s one of my favorite frames so I order a couple to give to family members.
Bought this for my friend’s new bone twin granddaughters. She loves it!
Vey well made with beautiful detailed frame. The pictures came out perfectly. Very pleased and highly recommend !
