Hi Liana! We appreciate your feedback. Our lockets are designed with a secure latch, so they can feel a bit firm when opening initially. This is intentional to help keep them safely closed while wearing. With a little use, the latch typically becomes easier to open and close more smoothly over time.

If you ever feel like it’s unusually difficult or not functioning properly, please don’t hesitate to let us know — we’re always happy to take a closer look.

Instead of getting into a fight with my husband I buy jewelry

On a very hot day, my husband was ranting about something, I tuned out and bought this locket. It was perfect. I put his picture into it and personalzed it with I love you. It goes great with two of my meridian necklaces. I had to buy extenders to make the sizing right for all three necklaces, but well worth it.

Nice locket but cheap looking chain.

The locket is nice. Very hard to open, so not sure if I'll ever be able to show off the pictures in it unless I'm carrying a dental pick. Chain looks cheap. When spending over $100, I'd expect something nicer.

    Crystal Heart Locket

This locket is much prettier in person. The size is perfect, the locket itself is stunning and the crystals add beautiful sparkle. I had no issues opening and closing the locket.
