Sun & Sea Catch The Day Mini Tote

The lobster design against the pink and beige stripes is absolutely adorable—it's one of the cutest lobster-themed purses I've ever seen. I wanted to love this bag because the design is so beautiful.

Unfortunately, I'm returning it because the functionality doesn't meet my needs. My biggest disappointment is that the handles are fixed and don't fold down out of the way. I prefer handles that can pivot, making the bag easier to carry and access.

The magnetic closure is another issue. As soon as I put my phone and a compact face powder inside, the bag no longer stays securely closed. My phone also barely fits, which makes the purse feel too small for everyday use.

As someone who's always on the go, I need a purse that closes securely so I don't have to worry about my belongings falling out. For me, that's a dealbreaker.

I really hope Brighton considers making this design in genuine leather with improved functionality—especially fold-down handles and a stronger, more secure closure such as a zipper. The design is stunning, but the execution falls short for my lifestyle. These details may not bother everyone, but they matter to me, so I'll be returning it.
