This is the second pair I have ordered. I like the design and weight of them. My last pair didn't include the earring back, and as a result the firs time I wore them, I lost one! I was frustrated, but decided to buy another pair. This one came with the backs. Note to self......do a follow up if something doesn't arrive 100% to your satisfaction.
