    beautiful. broke. great customer service.

    I purchased this bracelet for my friend.

    It looks amazing with many of her pieces and is quite petite.

    She had it for about 3 weeks and it broke. It stopped clasping and wouldn't stay closed. I contacted customer service and they were absolutely fantastic, attentive, and sent a replacement.
