Very pretty locket, heavy. My problem is the very long “convertible” chain. Doubling up the chain makes it too short, and the longer lengths are way TOO long for an average height woman. Such a long chain gets tangled up in a cross-body bag— very annoying! I finally took the chain to a jeweler to have it cut down 10 inches to a better length, which cost me $40. I wish Brighton would get wise and pay attention to the negative reviews of convertible chains. At my local Brighton store an employee told me that the #1 frustration women complain of to them is the difficulty of changing the length of convertible chains!
The locket is beautiful and stones shimmer.
Wore it once and the clasp of the locket kept opening.
Disappointed , as I paid a lot of money for it.

What I love about this necklace is the long chain, the little different stones of sparkly color on the heart, and the quality of detail.
Love the locket. However, the lengths are entirely too long. I'm 5'6" and the shortest loop on this still has it hanging just above the waistline. Stays entangled with crossbody purses. I'll have go to a jeweler and have chain cut down. The 3 current adjustable loops are long, longer and longest. Poor choice, Brighton.
