I have owned this purse for the last 20 years. I have had three of them. The only complaint i have is the strap isnt sturdy enough to handle any weight at all. Eventually the strap tears away from purse. Its a very expensive purse to have this happen. I do continue buying this same purse for convenience. Maybe the creators need to add a heavier strap.

It is really obvious that this item needs a much wider strap....should offer replacement strap and / Or offer purchase of a wider strap. Hoping my last and doesn't brake!
My favorite bag. I just wish it came in more colors and even a quilted option.
I love this purse. I do not go anywhere without my purse organizer. Hopefully, in the future your designers will make it in another color.

Love my Nepal Organizer. This is the second one I've owned. The reason I had to buy another one is because the strap broke on the first one. This is the second Brighton Handbag I've owned that the strap broke.
I was wondering where I could buy a replacement strap only.
I rate the handbag less than excellent because of the strap issues.
