Thank you for your recent review. I am truly sorry to hear that stones have fallen out of your Meridian Ring after only a few wears. This is certainly not the quality we strive to deliver to our customers, and we understand your disappointment.

Since this appears to be a manufacturer's defect, you may send your ring to our repair department, where our skilled artisans will restore it to its original beauty. Our tender loving process takes 4-6 weeks to complete, and since this issue falls within our one-year warranty period, it will be repaired at no charge to you.

Please send your ring in durable shippable materials such as a shipping padded envelope or a box. We suggest sending your item via a traceable manner such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS with delivery confirmation. Please include a note with:

Describe the problem with your ring
When and where it was purchased—or a copy of the receipt.
