I LOVED them until the post on one was coming off! I just saw this same comment on another customer comments. I called yesterday and was told to send into an address and make sure I add tracking #. They will either repair or replace, good luck to me!

Post on hoop loose and coming off hoop. Worn a couple of times. Company will only warranty with a receipt. These earrings were a gift and I do not have the receipt. They are beautiful but not wearable.
I did not receive the order . I emailed to inquire and was asked about the delivery address. I replied, then silence, still no order but I still have charge on Venmo. Warning do not pay with Venmo, you may have no recourse to stop payment. Lesson learned. Never shop here again.
