Meridian Beads Bracelet

This Meridian Beads Bracelet was given to me for Christmas 2012. I have a lot of Brighton and though this piece is a favorite, I wear it only 2 to 3 times a year. It has broken two times, the last time being 2 to 3 years ago. The beads are not on a wire, but on a type of plastic or silicone-like “string” and it is this string that has broken. Both of these times I have sent it to the City of Industry address in California to have it repaired. Both times it has been returned to me restored as though new, no problems or questions with the return. The customer service repair on this bracelet, as well as five other Brighton pieces I’ve returned for repairs, has been phenomenal and at very little cost to me. It is because of Brighton’s supportive repair service that I continue to buy from this company.

Do not confuse this bracelet with the later/newer version, the “petite” Meridian Pearl Bracelet. They are similar, but this older, originally designed one that I’m reviewing here has not given me any trouble with the clasp, the length, the color of the beads turning, or disappointment over bead size. This bracelet fit well at first and, later, 50 pounds lighter, still fit well, though looser, of course. The beauty of this bracelet is worth five stars. The need for repairs two times over 13 years brings points down, but with the wonderful customer service repair I think four stars is fair.
