    Belt is good, customer service is awful

    No problem with the belt and the belt makers - they are top notch. They got my order wrong and the customer service rep was very snotty, blamed it on me and could not have been more discourteous. Wouldn't help me return it. I needed assistance, but she just said things, like, "Don't you know how to do a return?" She was awful.
