    Tarnished within 3 months

    Really loved the idea of this bracelet and have the matching necklace. I must have a defective one, after three months of wear it started tarnishing and one of the connectors broke. I sent it in for repair detailing both issues and the first time it came back they just fixed the connector. When I picked it up it was still tarnished and sent it back again, thinking they would send a new one. No - so after over 10 weeks of going back and forth I have a tarnished bracelet that doesn't match my necklace. When I spoke to the manager at the Orland Park, IL store, she was very rude and said it's costume jewelry so it can tarnish and wouldn't consider the bracelet had a manufacturing defect. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed in Brighton. I have been a Brighton customer for 20 years and never had such terrible service.
