To whom it may concern,
I have not worn my Tulipe necklace yet, and I received several weeks ago. While the other jewelry's appearance was nice, the Tulipe looks sort of worn already. The luster is lacking; a bit dull. I have plans to take it to a local store, but haven't had the time. My hope is that it can be exchanged for a better looking one, one that looks like I just bought it.
