La Tulipe Bar Bracelet

I purchased several bracelets on mine anniversary included this one. It was beautiful one the hand paint flowers part, but not on the chain closures itself. Like others had reviewed it was difficult to hook it together to closure. The chain part is still long hung up sometime when I am typing, also bracelet is rolling around, upside down, on my wrist when I am walking. I usually take all my jewels off when I am at home, so with this bracelet I have to spend 5 to 10 minutes to put it on, adjust the chain to fix the way I want it on my wrist. By the way, on the details for this bracelet said closure is hinged but it was lobster claw closure.

I was so looking forward to receipt of the La Tulipe Bar Bracelet, as I could see it in your catalog and it looked so beautiful, and thus I eagerly ordered it on-line. Once it arrived, I went to put it on and realized that it was designed way too small for average-sized wrists like mine! (I'm 5'6" tall and 150 pounds - not a large person.) I was so disappointed! I double-checked the catalog, thinking that maybe it was made for a child and that I had ordered incorrectly, but, no, it was most definitely designed for an adult. Unfortunately, it's just designed too small and as a result there was nothing I could do but return it. I took the bracelet to my local Brighton store - Topanga Mall in Woodland Hills, CA - and they readily agreed to exchange it for me for something else in the store. I truly believe that the designer of the bracelet should have made it larger so that more adult women could enjoy it as much as I had hoped I would.

It is a beautiful bracelet and would be so much nicer if it did not have a chain and was a complete circle. It is very difficult to fasten and then spins on your arm anyway. The bracelet is hinged and would be so much more elegant if it was designed without a chain and hinge. The associate in the store told me she would actually take the chain off if it was her.
