Unfortunately my item never arrived with my order. Because I didn’t call soon enough, the customer service representative said there was nothing that could be done. It didn’t seem to matter that I paid for an item that never arrived. I caution you to be careful and open your package immediately and call right away if there is a problem. The representative was just matter o fact and wouldn’t help.

However, because this order was delivered in March and we weren't contacted until June, we were unfortunately no longer able to verify or investigate any discrepancies with the shipment. Our records and the information available to us are only accessible for a limited period after delivery, which is why we're unable to make adjustments after an extended amount of time has passed.

I really like this charm - pretty on both front and back and very detailed. The description says " Fine quality crystals". I see no crystals on my charm. Its still a keeper.
