I ordered a size 7 ring, received the ring and it was enormous on me! It had a size 7 tag on it but I am a solid size 7 and this must have been tagged in error because I took it to my jeweler and he put it on the dowl used to measure ring sizes and it was an 8!!! I called Brighton customer service and described the problem. The gal said she would send me a size 6 to replace what I received. I told her I was a SIZE 7 and she kept repeating she would send me a size 6. After a heated back and forth I went back to my jeweler to just get the ring sized to a seven. He couldn't resize it because the ring IS HOLLOW!!! This purchase has gone from bad to worse and the customer service gal is of no use whatsoever. Now I have a ring I can't wear and it is a beautiful complement to a Tiffany ring I bought so I called the Brighton stores in my area and sadly there are only two left in Orange County, CA!!! It's no wonder this beautiful store has reduced it's store count to this if my experience is an example of how they treat their customers. I have been a loyal Brighton customer for years and am angry that I've spent nearly $100 on a ring that sits on my desk in the original packaging and I can't wear it and I can't resize it because they now make them hollow!!! Brighton has gone to the dogs, do not buy anything online. Smallest size6 is too large for my pinky. Will be returning to local Brighton Store week of 2/23/2025
Unfortunately the ring is too large for a pinky ring. I will be returning it. According to online, it appears it is not available in a size 5.
My husband picked this one out and it goes with everything. I love the big and boldness of it. Great style.
