Must have! Would definitely buy again!!

This clock is stunning. I know the reviews are mixed because it's hard to replace the battery or set the clock but I can be done when you watch the YouTube video. Just because not to scar the front when you pop it out! Plus you will need the little white stem that in between the wall of clock and the stem. Don't lose it or it doesn't want to work.

    Would definitely buy again!!

Hi Elsie! To replace the battery, you must first remove the timepiece from the base. When you are looking at the clock, you can see a gunmetal colored ring around the face. This is the edge of the timepiece itself. If you run your fingernail or a small screw driver gently under that ring, the clock will pop out of the frame.

On the back of the clock face, if you run your finger around the outside of the metal plate (on the back), you should feel a small notch at the 12 o'clock point. Using your fingernail or a small screwdriver, lift the back plate off from this point. When you replace the battery just put the plate back on by putting that notch back at the 12 o'clock point and pressing down until you hear it click.

    Purchased two (2) Geneva clocks.

Purchased two (2) Geneva clocks. One arrived in perfect condition and the other did not work. Also, impossible to remove casing to change battery.
