    Gorgeous but why not removable shoulder strap?

    This is truly one of the most beautiful bags I've owned (and I own many other Brightons), but I am baffled as to why the shoulder/crossbody strap isn't removable. Most of my similar dual strap bags allow the longer strap to be completely removed. I think it looks dorky to have the extra strap just dangling, and I don't like trying to stuff the extra into the bag. I do like the fact that this bag zips: there were other Ferrara bags I considered, but I require a secure and complete closure, not just a strap which can allow items to fall out or be snatched. It would also be nice to have 1 additional internal pocket and a Keychain clip inside, then it would be the perfect bag IMO! I debated on colors, and ultimately chose the Cognac with my husband's input. It is a Beautiful rich color that works for any season.

    Lovely textures

    If you love pebbled textures and woven touches you will love this bag, it is roomy and stands up on its own. Please note there is only one interior zipper pocket and the adjustable cross body strap is not removable, thus my 4 star rating. Usually Brighton totes with additional cross body straps are removable. This strap can be opened and tucked in, but it would have been better just to have it removable.

    Beautiful handbag!!!!

    I love this handbag. So many interesting details and the leather is amazing. It is great that you can hand carry or use as a crossbody. It is not a huge bag, but it holds a lot.
