I ordered the Ferrara Hinged Bangle, it arrived very soon in a regular box, not the usual Brighton boxes. It was damage , it doesn't clip and still don't understand how they can pack an item which probably was a return. Customer service was very interested in the promotional gift to be returned with the bad product. Never espect this kind of thing from Brighton.
