My wife can be very difficult to satisfy when it comes to surprise gifts, but this item made the perfect V-Day gift and she loved it! The only draw-back is that the clasp is difficult to open. Suggest a redesign or different clasp. Thanks.

I love this necklace but didn’t notice I can’t get the clasp open to put it on and noticed past the time I can return it. Very disappointed! Never saw a clasp like this. I’m going to try an extender.
The clasp is very hard to open and close. It takes me so long to get it on and off. It is too thick to cook it. I even tried to use an extender and it was still difficult.. I think it was very poorly made. Also, it is only silver plated and not sterling silver. I was told in the store that it was sterling silver . For $178 it should be sterling silver. I have bought other Brighton before and it turned on me. I think I will return it. It’s just too difficult to open and close and I’m afraid that the silver part is going to turn.. so disappointed!
