Contempo heart necklace!
The clasp is very hard to open and close. It takes me so long to get it on and off. It is too thick to cook it. I even tried to use an extender and it was still difficult.. I think it was very poorly made. Also, it is only silver plated and not sterling silver. I was told in the store that it was sterling silver . For $178 it should be sterling silver. I have bought other Brighton before and it turned on me. I think I will return it. It’s just too difficult to open and close and I’m afraid that the silver part is going to turn.. so disappointed!

Contempo Heart Pearl Charm Necklace
The Contempo Heart Charm Necklace is very pretty.
I was a bit frustrated trying to unlatch the necklace,
but found the cladp on the side that made it easier
to open. The small center clasp with the charm & pearl were to.... difficult for me to open.

Beautiful Necklace/Poorly Constructed Clasp
Necklace is beautiful but clasp is extremely difficult to open and close . I called customer service but they did not offer solution.
I noticed the same concern in other’s reviews of the product. This will be my first return to Brighton. Very disappointing.
