    Beautiful Heart Pearl Necklace!

    I love this necklace, and it is a winner in every way except for the clasp. The clasp is down by the metal heart on the necklace, instead of at the top of the necklace where one usually expects it to be. I like the location because it is easy to see in a mirror as one puts the necklace on, but it was really difficult getting it unfastened. It was too small and too tight. Fortunately, customer service sent me a double lobster clasp, and I reworked the necklace a bit. I have a feeling this will end up being one of my favorite Brighton pieces. The clasp just needs to be slightly larger and easier to work with.

    Necklace latch

    I love the necklace however I am disappointed with how the necklace latches. Not easy to do yourself would have preferred it to be the normal type.

    Very beautiful and unique necklace

    I love this. It's very beautiful and unique. I will wear it often. The description said it had a lobster claw closure, but it wasn't. So I called customer service, and they sent me a lobster claw closure. It will be much easier to open and close. Great customer service.
