    My necklace STILL has not arrived!! NO STAR RATING!!!

    This is the necklace that was not sent with my order although the bracelet was in the package. I was told that the necklace was on its way and then that it had arrived. The only thing is that I have still to see the necklace because it has not arrived . This is the second time that this has happened. Now I have lived in my condo for 40 years and this is the first time I have ever had a problem with receiving a package! In the past years I have ordered numerous things from Brighton and I have had no problems until the last 2 orders. What is going on?? Your help will be greatly appreciated.
