Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear you are having trouble with your Brighton piece. You may send your item for repair; we will do the best we can to get your cherished piece back to working order, but please know not all items can be fixed.

Our tender loving process takes 4-6 weeks, and this time includes shipping it back to your door. All of our items have a one-year warranty against manufacturer’s defects. If your item falls within the warranty, it will be repaired or replaced at no charge to you. For those cherished items outside the warranty period, we will repair your item as best as possible and advise you of any minimal charges. If we cannot repair your item, we will return it to you as is.

Please send your item in durable shippable materials such as a shipping padded envelope or a box. We also suggest sending your item via a traceable manner such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS with delivery confirmation. This would ensure you know your package has reached us. We ask you to include a note with:

Your first & last name
Shipping address
Phone number
Describe the problem with your item (even if it is obvious)
When and where it was purchased—or a copy of the receipt.
