    Beautiful bag

    When I saw this online, I had to have it. First, the braiding on the bag; it adds sophistication and style with the color woven in. The braiding is what caught my eye and I zoomed in on the bag! While zoomed, I saw the detail in the strap it's just gorgeous! I need to shout out to Partridge Creek, Savannah and Nicole. They are the rock stars that assisted with my order. I don't live close to a Brighton location any more. I needed some details about this bag to know if it was large enough to use all the time. When I contacted the store I asked if they could text me photos of two bags side by side so I could compare. I wanted the depth- they sent me the photos with a ruler showing the bottom of the bag. I bought the bag because of their assistance and customer service skills. It was an amazing experience with the ladies who, without them I may not have purchased the bag. They were friendly, cheerful, and extremely helpful. Above and beyond, something I've missed since the Somerset Mall location closed. Please give them the props they deserve. I applaud their personalized customer service. The bag is absolutely beautiful and perfect for me.
