    Strap broke after 6 days of wearing.

    Clasp at purse broke after 6 days of wear. Instead of mailing me a new strap with pictures of proof sent in the customer service made me mail in strap and fixing it. Wow unbelievable they wouldn't send me a brand new strap after 6 days . Unacceptable customer service. Using a 10 year old coach strap while I wait on new one. I do like their strap its wide and comfortable.

    Great Quality and Super Cute

    This bag is such great quality in materials, size, and length options in the guitar strap. Love the pinkish leather accents. Truly four stars for me because the strap is two colors. Not fond of this but not enough to not to make the purchase. The bags with the exact matching color straps are stand outs. The black bag may be in my future! The cranberry red is a terrific color for year round wear. Would love this in a bright red or royal blue or spring green. Even bright yellow would be so much fun!
