    You break my heart!

    I'm very disappointed. The chain was tangled and took me over an hour to fix and detangle it The chain was extremely short. I'm an average women , and the chain is so short that it is choking.

    Knotted

    Necklace is beautiful; however, the chain was so knotted. It took over 20 minutes to unknot the mess of tangles. Was this a return item? Never would have thought Brighton would package their jewelry without checking the condition of the item before sending.
