Frame was very nice and I liked the option I could personalize it with a photo of my choice. However, I gave 3 stars because the birthday message I had included was not typed correctly and my name was left out. So had I shipped the gift directly to my friend, she wouldn't have known the gift was from me and only from the other name that I included.
