This locket is much prettier in person. The size is perfect, the locket itself is stunning and the crystals add beautiful sparkle. I had no issues opening and closing the locket.
Will be one of my favorite to stack with my other pieces from Brighton.
I had an issue with my order that was 100% my fault. The pictures I wanted inserted into the locket did not upload as I had wanted. I call customer service and told them of my problem. This item was a gift for my sister's 70th birthday and I want her grandchildren's pictures placed into the locket. Her birthday was the following week. I returned the locket and Brighton, placed the pictures into another locket and expedite the shipping. I received the locket the morning of her birthday as promised. Will always remember this wonderful experience.
I chose to purchase this on my dad’s 1 year anniversary in his forever home. I wear it daily. When I’m missing him, I just reach for my locket.
It is a good quality item. Wish the chain was longer though.
