Alcazar Heart Anklet

I’ve had this anklet just over a year, the silver plating has worn off in several places, I’ve only worn it regularly in the last three months, now it turns my ankle green in minutes.

Their foam solution literally says to RINSE with water, but when calling customer service, they tell you not to ever put water on this jewelry. Make that make sense.

I explained that I never wet it until the last week, in hopes that I could counteract whatever was going on with this piece of jewelry, they just told me it wasn’t a manufacturer issue, they couldn’t replace it or fix it, zero resolution.

I have three other anklets from this company that I’ve had for 5+ years and never has an issue. This one has been treated no differently.

Countless bracelets, necklaces, and rings.

It’s rather odd that only one piece has had such an issue, but it wasn’t a bad piece from the start according to the company.
