Serenity Angel Amulet

I purchased this amulet as part of a necklace that had other charms and ambulances on it. After about a year, I noticed that some of the charms were wearing and getting dull, and that some of the stones had fallen out out of this amulet. I believe it’s because the shams were hitting each other with movement and creating surface damage. I took the necklace into Brighton to see if they would send it back to repair Service to replace the stones and they refuse saying that they no longer offered this charm. I was surprised tonight when I saw it online. Brighton used to back up all of their products and offered reconditioning on their purses which I used several times and repairs on jewelry. I suspect that it just got too expensive to offer this service. 😔 I was thinking I would buy another amulet but it’s not worth it if will just happen again. I really liked the necklace but all of the charms are so dull now that I think I’ll just donate it. I did not use any type of jewelry cleaner on the necklace or charms as I became aware that you can’t clean Brighton jewelry with regular jewelry cleaner because it takes off the finish. I did it on another item and it took off the shine.
