Health and Safety is our top priority! We have adopted a number of alternate procedures designed to protect our customers and employees.
All employees are required to wear masks, even in states and cities that do not require masks to be worn. We are recommending our customers wear masks as well.. We will be providing disposable masks for customers that need one. We’re all in this together! Our masks protect you and your masks protect us.
We are requiring employees to wash or sanitize their hands frequently. We’re also providing hand sanitizer throughout our stores and welcome you to sanitize your hands upon coming into the store.
All employees receive fever screening before starting work. We are also requiring employees who have other symptoms of COVID-19 to self-quarantine per CDC guidelines. If you have a fever or do not feel well, please be courteous to our staff and your fellow customers and do not shop the store until you are symptom-free. We welcome you to order online or for curbside pickup where available instead!
We have also enhanced our cleaning protocols. All stores will be regularly cleaned, including frequent disinfecting of high-touch surfaces (such as door handles, displays, PIN pads, etc.) and in between customers.
We are enacting physical distancing throughout our stores. Employees and customers are asked to practice proper distancing (at least six feet). We will also be limiting the number of customers in a store to facilitate distancing. Please bear with us, at times this may mean we must ask you to wait outside the store at designated locations.
We are encouraging contactless checkout and payments as much as possible.
We have new ways designed to give you the store experience you know and love while accommodating physical distancing and other procedures to keep you and our employees safe.

We won't be hugging or shaking hands as usual, but you will still (and always!) be greeted with a warm smile under the mask and a double handed wave!
We are expanding our service options to help you shop when and where you want to shop: appointments, by phone or zoom, on line. We are happy to help!
We will be operating on shorter hours: 11-7 Monday- Saturday, 12-6 on Sunday in accordance with the mall.
Stores may be closed intermittently during business hours for cleaning and a break for our teams.
We will be accepting returns and will isolate them for 24 hours before making them available for sale.
As with our Brighton promise, we will be offering our repairs and cleaning services. Please bear with us as this process may be a bit slower than usual as we secure the safety of our employees in handling.
Repairs sent in before we closed in March will be sent back to the store as we open. You will be contacted that your repair is ready for pick up.
Our California Design Studio Tour has been indefinitely postponed until we understand how we can host such a large group safely in one place. Please be patient with us. The health and well being for all is first and foremost.
