How To Reserve An Item

RESERVE ONLINE, PICK UP IN STORE

HOW IT WORKS:

Find the accessory you love online and select FIND IN STORE to tell us where you’ll pick it up.

RESERVE IT

Click RESERVE ITEM and enter your contact information. We’ll let you know when your order is ready!

PICK IT UP

Visit us in store—we’ll hold your item for 48 hours. (Is it a gift? Call us, and we’ll have it beautifully packaged on your arrival.)

We will hold your reservation up to 48 hours for pick-up, at which point your reservation will be cancelled.

Visit Brighton.com/stores for a listing of all our stores and hours.

Your item will be ready the next day the store is open. We’ll notify you via email or text as soon as your reservation is ready.

If for some reason the product isn’t available, we’ll make every effort to locate it for you.
