    Frame is Beautiful; Personalization is less than desirable.

    I was extremely disappointed with the personalization of my frame. I uploaded four full-resolution digital downloads, yet the photos were printed grainy and at a much lower quality than expected. The files were more than large enough to print clear 8×10 images, so this was frustrating.

    I contacted customer service for help, but was told that reprinting would likely produce the same result, which was not reassuring. While I do love the frame itself and the design is beautiful, the photo quality completely missed the mark. I purchased five of these as gifts, and unfortunately, I regret spending the money due to the poor print quality.

    Beautiful frame

    This frame is really beautiful the engraving around it is wonderful. Each individual spot has something else besides just a piece of cardboard that's got a design on it in case you want to just use three or two spots.
