    Disappointed

    The heart itself is nice, but the chain is not long enough. The heart is lopsided when the chain is adjusted to make it the longest it can go, and there’s no way to fix that. The chain is also very thin, and tangles easily. I’ve noticed that in recent years Brighton chains have gotten thinner perhaps because some women (or at least the models in pictures) wear multiple chains at once. But I find that chains this light feel really cheap, not the same Brighton quality I expect. I’m returning.
