Irvine Watch Band

I bought this watch band about six months ago, and the leather is already peeling. I work in a high school office, so this band has only seen normal, everyday wear. Despite that, the holes where the clasp fastens are wearing down badly, and the leather is peeling off in an unacceptable way.

For something at this price point, I expected much better quality and durability. A band should last far longer than half a year under regular use. I’ve returned it to the store and am now waiting to hear back about the warranty, but I’m very disappointed with how poorly it has held up.
