    Beautiful bag!

    I was able to get the navy color and it’s beautiful. I’m able to fit a full size wallet and phone. Thank you for the excellent customer service provided by Patty E. from the Brea CA. store who shipped it to me. She was such a delightful person to speak with.

    Love the bag but…

    .Was sold to my husband when he shopped for me this Christmas and requested a crossbody bag BUT THIS IS NOT ONE as the extra strap is too short. Have been disappointed in the quality or training of the sales people at my local Brighton the last few times I’ve shopped there. Return trips get old.

    Bag is pretty, love the shape, little handle, flower. ADDITIONAL STRAP IS TOO SHORT TO WEAR CROSSBODY. UNLESS YOU ARE FIVE FEET AND SIZE TWO!
