One Heart Long Necklace

Overall, this necklace is beautiful! My husband bought it for me for our anniversary. The first thing I noticed was a little open heart with a post where something should have been. I looked online and saw that it was missing a little gold heart. I took it back to the store and was told they could send it off for repair. Why in the world would they just not have ordered me another one?!? That’s what I did. And I received it in a few days whereas if they had sent it out for repair, It would have taken around six weeks to get it back. This was not something that I wore and lost part of it, it was brand new! I have bought three things in the past year that have had to be repaired. One was a purse that the leather broke in 2 weeks! One was a pair of earringsthat broke in half and now this necklace. The purse took six weeks to get back they couldn’t repair the earrings and this necklace would’ve taken six weeks to get back. I don’t know what’s happened to their quality recently, but I will think long and hard before I make another purchase from Brighton. So sad.😕
