    Lovely Charm..but this time there were issues.

    When designing the charm, on my end the charm looked stellar. But upon receipt, the photo was a bit fuzzy. I have a MAC and the photo was clear. Not sure what happened. This is the fourth charm I have purchased and each charm is beautiful. But this time I am disappointed.
