    Looks great with the 2-tone reversible but poor quality

    I bought this ring at CLT airport this week as I forgot to wear my rings having rushed to leave home.

    The sales rep in store was helpful to sell me this ring which I liked but on day 5, one side of the ring came off. Truly disappointed by its poor quality and therefore, I request for a refund, a repair or a replacement.

    Loved the ring but it came apart after 3 months. It was a shame, I got so many compliments on it.
