Deeply In Love Phone Organizer

I am fan of Brighton for many years, only returned 2 items in the last 15 years, one was my fault because I didn't checked the size of the pendant, the other because the color white in a Ferrara phone organizer was not white but beige.

Then I ordered a" optic with" phone organizer wich arrived today but was beige, cream or off white but never "optic white" as described. Very disappointing about the construction, the shoulder strap was crooked and quality of the leather was not the same as my other phone organizers. It is not easy for me to visit any stores since I live far away from everywhere, so I need to order online, I guess I need to give up Brighton which I love and enjoy for many years. In order to return my phone organizer I need to find the way to print a return label and drive 20 minutes ech way to a post office place. So, I am not happy with the upcoming.
