    Nice gold bracelet with defects

    I purchased the gold-plated version of this Contempo cuff. I was very disappointed in its quality. The gold electroplating was very defective. There were many spots on the bracelet with incomplete coating so that the base metal was showing. I have purchased thousands of Brighton items for the past 15 years. This is the first time that I received a defective item.

    In addition, Brighton used to package items in much nicer boxes and paper. Now packing materials have diminished in quality, and prices have drastically increased. Are these quality downgrades the result of Trump tariffs imposed upon businesses such as Brighton?

    I had been looking at this bracelet for a long time. Then I got a coupon and ordered it along with

    a gold heart pendant. Though I generally wear silver now, I like having the gold as an alternative. Like most silver based bracelets, it is easy to adjust to tighten it up. And it really looks beautiful. No regrets.
