    Really Touch Reversible Belt

    I had my prior Brighton belt for about 25 years. I purchased my old belt from a Brighton store in Scottsdale Arizona. I was not able to find a belt I liked in a Brighton store. Therefore, I ordered the Really Tough Reversible leather belt through their website. I received the belt on/about January 21, 2025. Recently one of the rivets came out of the belt. Needless to say, I had to mail the belt back to California to be repaired. Additionally, I had to pay $14.25 for priority mail. Brighton would not even mail me a label, which I am not happy about. To me, that is not good customer service. If a product is defective, the company should be standing behind their product and paying for the item to be returned to them. Hopefully, when I receive my belt back, it will last as long as my first one. or maybe Brighton should then change the name of this belt.
