    Heart key fob will not stay closed

    I bought four of these key fobs for my daughters as stocking stuffers and they loved them. However, all 4 WILL NOT STAY CLOSED! I've already exchanged one of them and that one won't stay closed either. 2 have lost the picture and the plastic insert that keeps the picture in place. Very disappointed, I expect better quality from Brighton. I will exchange all 4 and hope that they stay closed.

    Perfect gift for the person it was purchased for.

    I bought this as a gift for someone who lost their husband several years ago. I put his photo in the heart so she'll always carry him with her. I know she'll love it. Beautiful item. Thank you, Brighton.

    Not up to my expectations

    The keychain itself is beautiful, but the picture inside is blurry and the plastic covering it is scratched. I tried to open it tonsee if I could replace the cover and photo, but now I can't get it closed back.
